UNSPEEDY INJUSTICE? In June 2011 the Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familia (RPF) incident happened right after I finally recovered from years of unabated police-sponsored stalking by the RPF (harassment and menacing and vandalism etc that almost took my life) I went outside to execute a premeditated video shooting rampage to document the individuals involved in the years long siege on my residence; which ended up with me being surrounded by my various stalkers who then moved in on me and forced me to defend myself as I legally can due to necessary stand your ground laws...I gave PSO/DPS too many chances to put an end to this bullshit and their time was up at that point...I ended up at a court room in San Jose in front of Judge Manoukian to receive a bogus restraining order after being violently attacked and stalked and menaced etc nearly to death with no arrests made...And a Russian neighbor friend of mine showed up at the hearing as well because he heard the many nights of non-coincidental disturbances that were occurring; being directed at my residence...Shortly after this the United States started their campaign against Russians; I believe partially to tamp down the possibility of this neighbor participating in seeking justice -- as well as their election concerns...

But due to courtroom pomp and circumstance; with the judge etc taking their sweet time using big words and going through various motions (wasting the entire morning) everyone with a viable argument was required to wait around for hours until after 12 noon to speak their cases; when all defendants should have gotten up to speak their minds for oh let's say about 5 minutes each at the beginning of the session to just get it all out there in a speedy fashion...

Note: Including the Struble incident where Roger Brozinich was not allowed by the judge to represent me even though Roger's living room was like a law library at the time (Roger studied the bogus restraining order for 3 days and couldn't sleep due to his disbelief of what Beninger did)...

The same technique is used to wear out people at city council meetings so they will shut up and go home...But with lawyers charging $200+ dollars per hour; and people having lives to lead outside of the courtroom the courts need to speed up their justice system so the speedy justice required by law can be more easily attained...

Waiting around for 3 hours to watch arrogant people who take themselves way too seriously push their pencils around while using big words that few understand is not only a bad way to spend your morning -- BUT IT ALSO DOES NOT ATTAIN SPEEDY JUSTICE! Nor does waiting for George Hills company to finish their investigation after 5 years of waiting...Still waiting...

Note: The answer to this is to allow people to get up in front of the judge sooner to make their oral arguments without court appointed defendant swayers willfully encouraging defendants to ignore and/or withhold their own exculpatory evidence that was actually inculpatory evidence that would have strongly suggested the plaintiffs should have actually been defendants...

And the speedy trial concept was obviously developed during a time of lower population levels when there were less people to process...Therefore making the current justice system woefully inadequate and outmoded; unable to effectively deal with the sheer numbers of people who now exist...

EMAIL CONCERNING CARY ANDREW CRITTENDEN:

Well how is that possible when this information would be needed for IA investigation for 2015-09. Why do these attacks continue? Haven't enough people already been hurt?

Since Mr. Crittenden's Habeas Corpus info was published, we have heard back from many people including police officers in San Jose, Palo Alto, Placer County Sheriff's Department , La Paz County NV Sheriff department and other places too. 

There was even a Santa County court bailiff who re-confirms that lieutenant Neil Valenzuela did indeEd cheat on this investigation. Specifics are that deputy Aleksandra Ridgeway claimed in detective Carroll's fake report, that she had never met Mr. Crittenden.

Come to find out Aleksandra Ridgeway did in fact meet Crittenden 2 years earlier in 2012 , but last name at the time was "Kuna" and what the bailiff says matches up to records on our end but nobody made the connection with her having different last name.  The apartments Crittenden was living at in practically right next door to the Palo Alto court house where deputy Ridgeway was working. The bailiff also let us that Gary Goodman, Crittenden's PDO was  friends with Ridgeway and Andalon. Both of the officers actively participated in these attacks.   

I am giving up  $100.00 cash reward for photographs of  Gary Goodman, and Michele Martin PO  maybe Andalon too as time and budget permits but can't do all too much at once got to pay auto insurance and support my kid.  All of these fuckers knew their actions would cause people to get injured or killed yet none of them gave a flying fuck. They thumbed their noses at the public and laughed  at people crying out for this madness to stop and this is just sick.

  

Malicious slandering of Judge Cordell calling her a mentally ill black identity extremists, national security threat and lots of other crap then putting her name down as Dolores Cordell instead of Ladoris Cordell is below the belt and disgusting and the only reason for attacking her is because she was honest and told the truth!!!!

Goodman allegedly pulled another stunt like this a flag went up on a case with a Mr. Kymon Anderson with Goodman also being friends with the arresting officer & Goodman's got to be some idiot to think that we wouldn't catch it, San Jose police cops issues with sheriff detective Carroll are many, including he lied in his report about the reasons why they supported Mr. Crittenden in general, and regarding gun buy back program noting one of his Crittenden's key endorsements came from Joseph MacNamara, who spoke very highly of Mr. Crittenden, calling him sophisticated and gifted, and describing his public safety presentations as creative, dazzling and brilliant. 

It has not escaped attention that his first arrest on this happened when McNamara was literally on his death bed and you better bet dipshit DDA James Leonard deliberately timed it this way, knowing that McNamara would not be able to testify because he would be dead by the time Crittenden got before the judge  and that's not all because right after San Jose Police officer Michael Johnson was shot and killed in the line of duty, Lieutenant Rivera sent sheriff Tarazi zipping over to Palo Alto probably with his lights and siren going and arrested Mr. Crittenden on bogus charges  holding him for 40 days on completely fabricated made up shit  eventually dropping the case.  The timing of either of these arrests can not be coincidence! No Way!

Note: San Jose officers are mainly concerned with detective Carroll, those from Palo Alto were concerned about sergeant Tarazi. While officers from both departments are adamant that the sheriff department is full of shit.

Palo Alto conveyed information that the sheriff department had contacted them around December 21, 2015 and told them that Mr. Crittenden was hiding or on the run & that they had been looking for him and unable to find him. When this was brought up at patrol briefing, several officers stood up in Mr. Crittenden's defense saying that the sheriff's department was lying.  They had even been aware that SO had set up surveillance in Palo Alto on the evening of December 16th. Several Palo Alto officers objected to doing the sheriff department's dirty work and understandably, did not want to be accomplice to covering up a murder so the directives to go out looking for Mr. Crittenden were dropped and were changed to "If you happen to see him, arrest him on your own discretion but do not go looking for him"

We have also found out more information about the accusations made by Judge Manoukian against San Jose Vice Mayor Madison Nguyen, for when Judge Manoukian accused Nguyen of plotting a terrorist attack against Markham Plaza Apartments. Of course we know Judge Manoukian was having some sort of psychotic mental meltdown in the court room as this happened soon after his son was shot and killed. But steady flow of new information coming in says their may also be political motives at play here as well.

According to residents, when Cary Andrew Crittenden and councilmember Madison Nguyen were doing outreach work to the Markham Plaza residents, a vietnamese woman named Elaine Duong,  a former staff member began hanging out at Markham Plaza mingling with the residents and began spreading maliscious gossip about Cary Andrew Crittenden and Madison Nguyen, who was vice mayor then. She had worked for Emergency Housing Consortium and was telling people that Madison Nguyen and Cary Andrew Crittenden would harm the residents and do not fill out any survey information for services or HUD funding, that she would take care of it and Kyle would be backing her. Kyle and her worked together then he moved into county hookup giving her backdoor access. They never delivered on their promise.   It later came out in the open when confronted by Markham Plaza resident: Tristan Terry that Elaine Duong was the sister in law of Ming Duong, who had competed against Madison Nguyen for San Jose City Council District 7. The confrontation had cause quite a scene and Tristan Terry demanded that Elaine Duong explain to everyone why she never disclosed that her brother in law competed against Madison in the election.  Another Little Saigon player Ly Tong also appeared in picture regarding both Markham and Bocardo and he invited groups from both locations to a Little Saigon vietnamese restaraunt telling them how evil Madison was and to not accept any help from her. There were other younger Vietnamese women in their thirtys or so just off the boat still seasick speaking no english whatsoever.   Elaine Duong was in and out of the rental offices and walking around the grounds with Elaine Bouchard so they were in cahoots. We don't know anything about Ming Duong being involved or having knowledge and though she may be a cunt, we don't think that Elaine Duong's intentions were to harm the residents, but rather to make sure Madison did not get credit for doing anything good. It goes without saying that neither Madison or Cary Andrew Crittenden would never harass or threaten anyone that can be completely ruled out.

  

As for the Guns that Carl Fowston had, it was considered common knowledge that he had them and that he got them from Robert Ridgeway but after Ridgeway's arrest and when he was no longer a San Jose cop. Quite frankly, nobody believed him when he said they came from SJPD until after news story broke that SJPD was in fact missing these guns. As to whether one of these guns was used to kill officer Johnson is a difficult question. People who had seen Fowston's gun collection recall only seeing pistols but the gun used to kill officer Michael Johnson was supposedly a rifle. Robert Ridgeway probably picked them up from one of his friends at SJPD.

Scott Largent has been added to the the list of detective Carroll's victims because Carroll, by covering up fraud and murder committed by Rothbard's law firm enabled Rothbard to continue committing crimes  and victimizing more people and then Largent was also fraudulently evicted by Rothbard.  Frank Carpenito is also added after credible info that detective Carroll has been stalking the victim and witnesses in this court case with who? Yea you guessed it right: Judge Socrates shit turd Manoukian.  

Carroll also may have tampered with Eugene Craig crime scene and given Carroll's history of evidence tampering, witness tampering and covering up murders, that's probably why they put him on the case.  Yea they actually made him CSI go figure that out...

The most obvious solution for the abuse of California's private business of public accommodation "denial of service" law is to simply rescind the law. After an $11 million lawsuit by the Black Woman's Book Club you would think something would have been done; action would have been taken to ward off any further illegal ejections -- but zero affirmative action was taken by the state.

This law is causing people to think it is easier than legally possible to eject people from various business establishments; and allowing unnecessary discrimination to occur; oftentimes undocumented. Therefore; the state needs to either start regulating this law to prevent it from being abused further; or dump it altogether. Discrimination should be difficult; not easy.

As for video recording the bartender at the Oasis to show proof of another illegal ejection: first off I brought it to the attention of the CA AG (which is legally required). Also; when someone is violating the rights of another; they effectively relinquish their own rights at the same time.

Adding to this; the Oasis has numerous surveillance cameras all over the bar; so everyone entering that bar is essentially being monitored and video recorded at all times for public safety reasons. For all intents and purposes; video recording the bartender is a non-issue as video surveillance is now ubiquitous in society; and surveillance cameras do no have more rights than human beings. And besides; any California law that prohibits people from video documenting illegal activity they experience for all intents and purposes essentially works to obstruct justice.

This is yet another questionable; federally unconstitutional California law that either needs to be rescinded or re-written as well. Either way; distributing a flier about illegal ejections into a private business of public accommodation like the Oasis Nightclub to explain my situation and/or expose police misconduct is not against the law -- and I am almost sure the U.S. Supreme Court would agree with me on this one. And speaking of Oasis bartenders; ex-Oasis bartender Shannon Fernandez was complicit with Doug Ward in illegally ejecting me from the Oasis Nightclub along with POS/DPS Officers Ochoa and Smith. Doug Ward attacked me in front of the bar right under a surveillance camera and Sunnyvale POS/DPS refused to pull up the footage.

I also found out in a roundabout way that Shannon was actually being regularly violently attacked by her boyfriend at the time; therefore Doug's violence outside of the Oasis meant little or nothing to Shannon -- as domestic violence was a regular part of her life as well. Bringing us directly to the point that ANY VIOLENCE between two or more people is a form of domestic violence that needs to be curtailed; including the violence by Doug Ward directed at me or anyone else. There should be zero separation between these two equal forms of violence.

I also found a bottle broken all over my driveway one night and checked my video footage and it was Shannon's car that drove by my house and ejected the bottle on the driveway. Note: Please don't talk about homeland security unless you are interested in protecting my home as well.

Shannon had admitted doing the same thing to other enemies so this was nothing new for Shannon. And while I have been getting the run around from various lawyers for many years; Shannon retained a lawyer for her dispute with her landlord at the time overnight (she's a female/minority) and settled the case while I remain in limbo due to deeply embedded liberal region government-sanctioned discrimination.

Shannon was a Facebook friend of mine until I talked about how my mom never went out to bars at night; and Shannon apparently unfriended me due to concerns over child protective services.

Adding to this; one of the Sunnyvale POS/DPS officers who used the color of law to eject me from the Oasis was Officer Ochoa (who is a minority) along with POS/SCPD Officer Lopez and my ex-Mayor approved duck feeding (who is another minority)  suggesting that there may have been a certain amount of racially charged animosity towards me from these officers.

Why else would Ochoa (who was the lead officer) refuse to pull up surveillance footage of me being attacked? The bottom line is Sunnyvale POS/DPS promised to pull up the footage then refused to do so; which was a fraudulent claim and/or obstructing justice all at the same time. Another dark skinned officer let suspects who were an active threat go at around 1:30 am in the morning after threatening my Father and I and assaulting me outside my residence right before POS/DPS arrived. Even POS/DPS Officer Fuji treated me almost like a criminal when he finally responded 2 MONTHS LATER to the death of Missy Cat; questioning a cat dish filled with water of all things. And on the other hand; DPS Officer Hernandez who responded to a call about me taking a video of a lawn mower mowing; knew I was doing something in the public interest and was cool so it is not all bad.

Note: Officer Gantt was very understanding while Fuji was not. It could have been a good cop bad cop routine; but it was still rather unsettling and confusing to be treated in this way. But the worst was Officer Seagrave; I have never experienced such unbridled hatred directed at me in my entire life by this CUNT (I save this word for special people). The most glaring example though was Officer Lopez's obvious open hatred of me (Lopez said: Do you want your Daddy? While wrongfully arresting me) while the white transport officer was really cool and knew I was being illegally messed with after I explained about ex-Mayor Judy Nadler giving me permission to feed the ducks (video footage that was later DESTROYED!?!) Not all cops are jerks; I needed to say this to add necessary balance.

It's called OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE; and POS/DPS Officer Smith seemed like a dumb rookie recruit at the time of the illegal 2012 ejection from the Oasis. But when my father had a stroke recently and Officer Smith responded with another much taller emotionally intelligent officer; Smith had a dirty look on his face that left behind the dummy recruit look I got at the Oasis in 2012. Suggesting to me that Officer Smith has been somewhat radicalized since the 2012 incident; because once a criminal gets away with something once -- it emboldens them.

And especially when the DA's office so selectively enforces discrimination along racial/gender lines like they so on a regular basis (Note: Caucasians are a minority in the State of California -- and this is determined by numbers; not judges).

In retrospect; while on white hatred and/or violence is unfortunately tolerated in our society (Foley/Olenak/RPF/Ward etc) it is just another form of domestic violence that more often than not goes on unchecked and can spill over into the lives of others. And conversely; sometimes whites are there for other whites to have their backs and protect them; and/or sometimes minorities like Gary Perez are there for their white friends too. (Any time now Fulvio…)

That said; many disagreements between individuals of different races are simply based within personality differences; not skin color...Also; it occurred to me that if an up and coming African-American singer with lots of hits on You Tube (like I have) was attacked and ejected from the Oasis Nightclub like me after 10+ years of patronage; a lawyer would've been all over it and settled the case long ago; and it would be on the TV news. But since I am a low income Caucasian male...still waiting...any time now...Adding to this; not only would arrests have been made; but You Tube would also not have deleted violent evidence videos made by minorities who were being attacked; as Caucasian lives seem to matter less to some.

NOTE: AFRICAN AMERICAN SINGER ATTACKED IN EAST BAY? A woman allegedly attacked a 73-year-old musician on stage after song dedicated to Trayvon Martin; leading to extensive media coverage on TV etc. QUESTION: Why was there such intensive TV etc media coverage regarding the event where a 73-year old African American singer was attacked essentially the same way John was attacked by; 1) Doug Ward at the Oasis Nightclub and/or Woodhams' Lounge; and 2) at Woodhams Lounge as well; BUT VIRTUALLY NO COVERAGE OF THE VARIOUS VIOLENT EVENTS THAT HAPPENED TO JOHN OVER A SPAN OF MANY YEARS? And in the meantime; I played drums in arenas about 30 years ago and toured the southern United States; so I am obviously much more than an up and coming singer...I am already a world-class drummer -- and now I am turning into an awesome bass player too...I'm one of the only real rock stars in Sunnyvale; yet I get treated like less than shit...For instance; Katy Perry probably wasn't even born when I played in arenas with a band who had played with one of the biggest bands in the world GNR...

It's the same old unconstitutional Silicon Valley narrative; you can write almost whatever you want online within certain common sense parameters; but as soon as that same contect appears on a flier that is spread around the community; it is seen as dangerous or unlawful -- unless it's KJ Doug Ward trying to dissuade a witness that is...By the way; POS/DPS refused to help me once again when I brought this to their attention on Facebook Messenger...They said they cannot help me unless I call them; but almost every time I have called them for help in the past 20 years they have refused to help  -- so why the hell would I call POS/DPS again for help?

Whether it is my cry for help to the neighborhood which the RPF desperately tried to criminalize ~ and/or the flier put out at the Oasis Nightclub exposing police misconduct which has opened up the skies to truth and justice -- it's the same defensive; gas lighting response...

But the First Amendment was argued for almost 14 years my good people; concluding that we can continue arguing...And when it rains it pours; as today there was yet another bit of NSA chatter desperately trying to form a narrative aimed at silencing brave whistleblowers by claiming that Julian Assange is not a journalist -- in other words the usual old worn out narrative (bloggers and/or web site writers are now federally protected as journalists BTW)…

For instance; I happened upon the following information (SEE: VETERAN'S DAY paragraph below) at the Oasis Nigthclub one night; making me an "asset" of sorts depending upon who you talk to (an ass to some and an asset to others depeding upon whether you are a psychopath and/or an empath)...A homeless veteran who was living in her vehicle next to the Oasis told me the following information...But everything I hear on the TV brainwashing machine tells me that killing babies is bad; unless they are unborn or living across US borders isn't that right? (After the #metoo movement why all the fuss about abortion? What do ladies want anyway!?!)

So I obviously am a journalist DOJ; and an intelligent and witty one at that who can see both sides while refusing to take sides -- It is  obviously in the public interest to hear this information -- and I will not be revisiting this decision...

It's really no different than when I was 18 years old hearing war stories from Dale; the 36 year old guitar player in the band I was in at the time...Dale was still haunted by his Vietnam memories; and he told me ALL KINDS of stories that I don't even want to repeat...

But it's nothing that John Kerry hasn't already done in the US Congress years back -- and was he almost elected as president (!?!) and besides; Smedly Butler did the same thing many years back as well; so it's the same shit next day my good people:

UPDATE: 19 MAY 2019 / To clarify; this information originated from my own experiences and those of a severely disaffected friend as well. As innocuous as it sounds; for a year my garbage cans were knocked over every week until I finally caught the person in the act and took a photo and it turned out to be a Sunnyvale POS/FD/DPS member. And this all just happened to occur after I attended Sunnyvale City Council meetings. Then a few days after requesting a public hearing for false arrest I was ambushed outside my residence. Then additional stalking and harassment occurred with the Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familias (RPF) not only using a police officers' vehicles (POS/SCPD Officer Don Paolinetti) to perform their stalking and harassment (for instance; the gun used to shoot John Lennon was given to Mark Chapman by a police officer) but also because Sunnyvale POS/DPS actually held a police briefing one morning regarding the RPF yet took zero action to stop the harassment; more concerned about their own reputations than actually solving the problem. 

In the end; both Sunnyvale POS/DPS and POS/SCPD had several chances to stop the RPF harassment but took zero affirmative action to correct the situation; sponsoring it by default. And all other information was garnered from a friend who just received financial compensation for police misconduct etc from the City of Sunnyvale.I understand that some of you may experience a certain amount of cognitive dissonance when reading this due to careful spin mainstream media puts upon police behavior; but this is the truth that I witnessed and experienced.

UPDATE: 21 MAY 2019 / After distributing constitutionally protected Muckrakertimes fliers that are clearly in the public interest at the Sunnyvale City Council torture Chambers and/or the Sunnyvale Library last week; the very next day an article about a man being charged with a crime for distributing fliers (haha) appeared as a lame attempt at trying to criminalize my totally legitimate legally-protected First Amendment whistleblowing behavior. 

But this is something the Russian and/or Chinese governments would do as well; so it is rather unfortunate that my government is still lamely attempting to tamper with witnesses in this way. It didn't work; but they tried.

UPDATE: 22 MAY 2019 / Semi-related parallel propaganda NSA chatter that is obviously desperately trying to criminalize my valiant efforts is apparently still occurring to benefit killer cops; but the fact remains that all information gathered is from my own personal experience and/or facts garnered through a legal discovery process from an old friend who passed on information to me (closed courtroom w/no gag order) after successfully suing the City of Sunnyvale and being rewarded a $150,000 dollar settlement for almost being killed by Sunnyvale POS/DPS Officer Lima. But this is something the Nazis would do; so like I always say: whip out your Nazi yardstick and measure what you've done; then realize you are doing EXACTLY what the Nazis would have done if given the same situation. And remember even the Nazis did not kill people they considered to be mentally ill on the street using killer cops (for many cops: mentally ill = shoot to kill -- it's the easy way out of a tough situation) they at least instead took people to processing centers before starving them to death.
