UNSPEEDY INJUSTICE? In June 2011 the Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familia (RPF) incident happened right after I finally recovered from years of unabated police-sponsored stalking by the RPF (harassment and menacing and vandalism etc that almost took my life) I went outside to execute a premeditated video shooting rampage to document the individuals involved in the years long siege on my residence; which ended up with me being surrounded by my various stalkers who then moved in on me and forced me to defend myself as I legally can due to necessary stand your ground laws...I gave PSO/DPS too many chances to put an end to this bullshit and their time was up at that point...I ended up at a court room in San Jose in front of Judge Manoukian to receive a bogus restraining order after being violently attacked and stalked and menaced etc nearly to death with no arrests made...And a Russian neighbor friend of mine showed up at the hearing as well because he heard the many nights of non-coincidental disturbances that were occurring; being directed at my residence...Shortly after this the United States started their campaign against Russians; I believe partially to tamp down the possibility of this neighbor participating in seeking justice -- as well as their election concerns...

Either way; a Romanian neighbor is willing to testify as well; so you better start deporting Romanians if you idiots want to stop him from testifying as well -- including and most importantly POS/SCPD Officer Don Paolinetti's good friend and/or my neighbor across the street Steve Henson...Lieutenant Simpson REFUSED to speak to these neighbors to hear the truth...
And now that police misconduct records have been released; if bad actor police officers end up being bothered for their various bad deeds then I am not quite sure how I feel about that...I'm sure some would say they deserve it; when no one really does...For all intents and purposes it is a form of cruel and unusual punishment that is exactly the same as what the Nazi's and the KKK did and/or still do; to give you some outside perspective...
Note: In the end; 4 long time neighbors and 2 short term renter neighbors who lived right across the street from John moved out of the neighborhood to get away from this unbearable police-sponsored stalking and harassment...

But due to courtroom pomp and circumstance; with the judge etc taking their sweet time using big words and going through various motions (wasting the entire morning) everyone with a viable argument was required to wait around for hours until after 12 noon to speak their cases; when all defendants should have gotten up to speak their minds for oh let's say about 5 minutes each at the beginning of the session to just get it all out there in a speedy fashion...
The same technique is used to wear out people at city council meetings so they will shut up and go home...But with lawyers charging $200+ dollars per hour; and people having lives to lead outside of the courtroom the courts need to speed up their justice system so the speedy justice required by law can be more easily attained...
Waiting around for 3 hours to watch arrogant people who take themselves way too seriously push their pencils around while using big words that few understand is not only a bad way to spend your morning -- BUT IT ALSO DOES NOT ATTAIN SPEEDY JUSTICE! Nor does waiting for George Hills company to finish their investigation after 5 years of waiting...Still waiting...
Note: Including the Struble incident where Roger Brozinich was not allowed by the judge to represent me even though Roger's living room was like a law library at the time (Roger studied the bogus restraining order for 3 days and couldn't sleep due to his disbelief of what Beninger did)...

Note: The answer to this is to allow people to get up in front of the judge sooner to make their oral arguments without court appointed defendant swayers willfully encouraging defendants to ignore and/or withhold their own exculpatory evidence that was actually inculpatory evidence that would have strongly suggested the plaintiffs should have actually been defendants...
And the speedy trial concept was obviously developed during a time of lower population levels when there were less people to process...Therefore making the current justice system woefully inadequate and outmoded; unable to effectively deal with the sheer numbers of people who now exist...
